5 unfairly closed animated series
The animated series was invented by Mike Jajj and Greg Daniels, who came up with Bivis and Batthead. At first glance – a typical plagiarism of Simpsons and griffins, but no. There are no speaking dogs or yellow men here. This makes the series much vital. The series was broadcast from January 12, 1997 to May 6, 2010. The series was broadcast on the Fox Network TV channel.
In the center of the plot is a typical Texas family. The plots in the series affect modern topics, such as the relations of fathers and children, friendship, fidelity and justice. On the series, we get acquainted with Hank Hill, Peggy Hill and Bobby Hill. And also Hank has devoted friends – Luenn Platter, Dale Gribble and Jeffrey Bumhauer. In this series, as it may seem, the views of the Americans are ridiculed for life.
Fox initially wanted to close the series in 2005, but the series had high ratings, as well as an army of fans. Therefore, the channel decided to wait with the closure. As soon as the ratings of the series decreased, Fox decided to finally close the animated series in order to concentrate on the spin-offs of the Gryffin called “Cleveland show”. For some time, the AMC channel was interested in buying rights to the series, but later plans changed. On April 30, 2009, Fox announced the release of another 2 episodes of the series to normally complete the story. And they did it.
Spider-Man (1994-1998)
This is the best animated series about Spider-Man, but what is it, the best animated series about the hero of comics! The animated series was created Fox Network. The series began broadcast on November 19, 1994 on the Fox Kids TV channel. In Russia, it was broadcast on the channel about the disassembly of cops and villains – NTV. Later, the aliens – REN TV came to replace NTV, and since 2006 on Jetix.
And now about the closure of the series, for it is stupid to talk about the plot here. Everything was fine, the series was still holding on and showing excellent results. Fox had a contract with Marvel Films Animation to create 65 episodes. When they shot all the episodes, the Marvel team was sure that Fox would extend the contract with them. However, Fox Kids President decided to close the series because of the disagreement with the executive producer of Marvel Films Animation. And now I and many fans of this animated series ask myself a question before going to bed: “What happened to Mary Jane?”.
What about Andy? (2001-2007) https://paradise8casino.co.uk/
Great comedic animated series from Jetix. Andy Larkin is the main character of the animal animal, who loves to play other residents of East Gekla. Andy considers himself the best joke in the world, therefore sometimes overestimates his own forces: he thinks out ideal plans in theory, but unforeseen accidents often confuse all the cards.
Closing the series is associated with the closure of Jetix. As in the case of a person a spider, the story was never completed ..
Granious Spider-Man (2008-2009)
And another animated series about the man spider, which was unfairly closed. He also broke off at the most interesting moment. Yes, he cannot repeat the spirit of the old series of the 90s, but it is at least better than a spider that followed after our series of the 90s and 3D series. Unfortunately, I could not find the reasons for the closure of this cartoon ..
Futurama (1999-2013)
I would now commit a terrible crime if I had not mentioned the wonderful series “Futurama” for the authorship of Matt Groining, the creator of Simpsons. This series gave rise to many Internet memes. At least one person, under the post in which they spoke information about the announcement of the game, would insert the picture “Shut Up and Take My Money!1!!”
The plot is spinning around Philip Jay Fry. Accidentally he fell into a cryogenic camera, where he was frozen. Fry defrosted on December 31, 2999.
The first to meet Frai is the Mutant Turanga Lila, who works as a specialist who determines the type of human professional activity for his whole life. This information is entered in a special chip that is implanted under the skin. However, it turns out that the best use for Fry is to become a courier, and he always hated his work. Then Fry runs away and begins to explore the streets of New New York, where he meets Robot Bender. In the end, both of them are found by Lila, who had already abandoned the work by the inspector, and the three of them are heading for the DNA, a living descendant of Fry (his multiple great nephew) Hubert Farnsvort-a 160-year-old genital sclerotic, who takes them to work in his small company, “Interplanetary Expos” (English. “Planet Express”), specializing in intergalactic cargo transportation, for the post of couriers. Interplanetary Express is a small businessman business that pays for his ingenious, but sometimes very dubious research and inventions.
The series shows the adventures of Fry, Lila, robot Bender and many other characters associated with both space flights and the personalities of heroes.
The series began to be broadcast from March 28, 1999 to August 10, 2003. In 2007-2009, the continuation of the series was released in the form of four full -length films released immediately on DVD. Since January 2008, the Comedy Central network has broadcast the repetitions of the old episodes of the series and new full -length films, divided into shows into several episodes. Since June 2010, new episodes have been released: on June 24, 2010, the premiere of the 1st series of the 6th season took place, in March 2011 the 7th season was announced, consisting of 26 episodes, which started on June 21, 2012.
In 2013, the leadership of the Comedy Central channel decided not to renew the contract with the creators of Futurama, abandoning the eighth season of the animated series, which was supposed to start in 2014 according to the plan. The creator of “Futurama” Matt Graining and executive producer David EX COEN hope to find new investors, but there is a chance that the series that is closed for the second time will still cease to exist. The television series itself can be viewed on our domestic channel – 2×2.
P.S I alone used to believe that it was 2×2 to take off the Simpsons, Futurama, South Park and Gryffin?
